I recently saw this comic strip on Tumblr and I really liked how concise and simply the artist explained about Anxiety. As someone who has dealt with people who don't understand or deny what anxiety is I really appreciate how clearly the artist explains it all!

Those are great, Rebecca. I want to encourage you to know who you are- especially in church and other Christian circles. Some Christians feel that these things mean you have a demon. I don't believe that, and a lot of Christians don't, but be aware and try not to be brought down if someone tells you that. <3
