The Saturday after we had traveled all the way back home we had to travel again. (but only for three hours instead of 14!!) We were attending the wedding on one of Justin's friends from college- Alyssa. She had sung at our wedding so even though we were very tired from our trip we wanted to go and help celebrate her special day.
Matt read a poem he wrote to Alyssa, it was beautifully written!

She told me that they bought regular spaghetti gowns and used the shawls that came with the dresses to create sleeves and a front panel to make it more modest. Clever!!

ReplyDeleteAs an engaged women I love all things wedding! Nowadays it is so hard to find modest bridesmaids dresses and bridal gowns. It's good your friend was creative. The last time I was a bridesmaid we had to go through all sorts of alteration to cover up the bust and arms. lol
