Ducks and Geese!

I had mentioned in a previous post almost a month ago now that I had taken photographs of some ducks and geese and here I am just now posting the photos! 

Mallards and Canadian geese are the two water fowl that we see the most around here

I think Canadian Geese are very pretty!

Look at this majestic Mallard drake!

I was VERY excited to see ducklings this time!!

Our 3rd Wedding Anniversary!

 Justin,
 I am so very thankful that you are not only my best friend in the whole world, but also my husband. Thankyou so much for being there for me during these hard times with my health. You make the worst of days bearable, and sometimes you take the sadness away.

As much as I wish and pray that I would recover and be back to the way I was when we were dating, I would never ever trade those moments that I have shared with you since my illnesses/injuries began- those moments where my soul is completely broken and you hold me and help me get back up. You have shown me just how much you love me and are dedicated to us. 

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect man; you have made me the happiest woman in the whole world. I know you worry that you aren't doing enough to help me with my struggles, but trust me dear- you have gone above and beyond.

Thankyou so much for you love, patience, kindness, wisdom and awesome bear hugs. I am so glad you love those moments where we just lay in bed and talk late into the night. I am so thankful that you think I'm perfect for you, and that you tell me so. It means the world to me.

Happy 3 years of marriage Love. Here's to many many more.

Hobby Horses!

 My home church had their Vacation Bible School a few weeks ago. Justin and I visited for a few minutes on night to see my family. The night we visited was a craft contest night. The kids made Hobby horses! 

My adorable little brother Jeremiah was a helper this year. He is going to be 14 in a few weeks. He is getting so tall and his voice is starting to deepen...which is really weird for me!

Marissa's horse won for prettiest!! It was very cute and I loved the flower crown. Marissa is a friend of my sister Katelyn, they are super cute together!

So Cute!

Since I looked so awful in all that sleep study equipment in my last post I wanted to post a better photo of myself.... because that photo was just so awful! But it was the best way to explain what the whole sleep study thing was like so....whatever I guess.

My husband is so cute and he just keeps getting more and more adorable and handsome as the days go by. 

I can't decide if I like the bearded look over the goatee, but it does suit him! 

Whenever I start a new book my husband often ends up reading it too.... I keep giving him his own books to read but I guess he must really like my taste because my bookmarks keep moving.....

Sleep Study

Don't I look *gorgeous*?? 

Don't worry though, this was just my get-up for an in-home sleep study. I wake up frequently during the night so my doctor wanted to run a test and see what was going on. I haven't received the results yet.  

I also had my knee checked, it is still swollen and sore, but not as stabbingly painful as last week thankfully. An x-ray showed no minor fractures in the knee cap, so my dr thinks a piece of cartilage may have broken off and is causing all the problems. If the swelling doesn't go down in a couple weeks I will have to go back. 

In other new my back is doing ok. Still gets sore after sitting up for a long time, and I still need lumbar supports. 

A great big thankyou to all my readers for their support, encouragement and prayers. I am dearly hoping this blog will soon not be about all my physical problems all the time.
